Came out or measure up, to be fair Chris was lovely and told to come into shop to choose what we wanted, which we did a few days later. Different experience from the owner Martin, can?t believe he gets any business the way customers are treated, kept us waiting when shop was empty, didn?t make much effort to go through the samples. Got the impression he thought we couldn?t afford the expensive stuff. Told us that he would call us with a quote. Felt like we weren?t wanted in the shop. Never got a call back. Waste of time and not a good way to treat customers. Very disappointing From a local business. Have gone elsewhere.

Great service from first visit to installation and beyond. Martin?s service is second to none and after installation, I had a small issue with the flooring (down to manufacturer). Martin, Chris and the joiner Reece went above and beyond to sort it out and ensured it was fixed quickly without any problems!

Just a great, local place where you feel like a valued customer.Martin and Chris are so helpful and friendly; only recently they fixed our vinyl relaying right before the Bank Holiday, on hardly any notice from us.Have used them since we lived in Sale and will keep on using them for many more years!

Recommended to us by friends, and they were right to do so.Staff in the shop were courteous and friendly from the initial visit onwards. They have a huge range of product samples and are ready to advise.Ordering and installation were problem free, with the staff keeping us updated and accommodating our availability.

Martin Leah Flooring have fitted carpets and hard floors for me in four properties across south Manchester over the past 6-7 years and they really are the best! Expert flooring advice and fitters, 5* customer service and always very fairly priced. Fantastic range of products too. I can?t say enough good things about them! Will always go back to MLF for any flooring needs and would wholeheartedly recommend them :) ??????????

Absolutely brilliant service from Martin Leah. Chris was really helpful in helping to source some Karndean floor for us, matching it exactly to some that was already down in our hallway before we bought the house. The communication the entire time was great, and faultless. Anthony came today and fitted the whole room for us, he was friendly, hardworking and really knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend using this company and will be back again when we are ready to tackle the next room! Thank you to the entire team, you've been fabulous!
