Absolute appalling, don?t waste your money. Ordered crispy duck. Pre shredded , pre cooked, dry and cold. The cucumber was warmer. Pancakes all stuck together . Spring rolls and crispy won ton , over cooked and cold. Honestly we only went here because Kew Foo was closed.

Tried sweet sour fish, sweet sour chicken, rice dish and noodle dish. Prices are standard for local area portions probably below average and taste also below average. Maybe i ordered wrong items. Nothing more to say really, there's better options locally. Knowing me I will try them again to see what other items are like, they been around a long time so some ppl must rate them highly

Disgusting food, really wish I had taken note of the bad reviews regarding how nasty the food was. Placed quite a large order and nothing in it was edible . The chips were stale and cold, the prawns had a strange smell and taste to them , the prawn toast tasted of mould so didn?t even bother tasting the food. Service was quite quick despite the large order but now I know why. Ten mins after the delivery I received a txt message that if I left a good review I would get free prawn crackers??? No thanks . Never again . The owners obviously know there are serious problems with their food so having to resort to free food??? No thanks .Update : tried golden fortune on a whim (and a craving) . Granted took 30 mins to deliver but wow! . Good fresh food with excellent delivery , food was so good I wish I had ordered other dishes to try. Piping hot food , clearly made to order , highly recommend !!!!

The driver decided to park on the grass verge after days of heavy rain and got stuck. He then told us to help him push his car out, after failing he got cardboard to out under his tyres to help. Another 2 people came to help, the mud destroyed my trainers and the driver left the grass verge a complete mess and left his cardboard behind all over the place. By the time we managed to get our food as the driver refused to call someone to tow him, the food was cold and disgusting.

AVOID!!!!Ordered a Vermicelli Singapore and all I tasted on first attempt was a mouthful of salt. Stirred it up thinking would be ok and the second and third tastes were pure salt. Made a complaint but need to see dish but as I?m away on business can?t get it back to them until Sunday.Been a regular for quite a while and I won?t be back as the customer service is appalling. There is a much better option within 100metres with 5 Star Reviews
