Sent round the houses to get a mobile banking app working for my mum. Told by the so called costumer service to go inbranch to get the app unlocked and when we go into the branch the branch manager spends 20 minutes on the phone to the same costumer service line.. then they ask me if I have power of attorney for my mum. What does power of atorney have to do with her banking app? Totally irrelvant to her wanting to get her phone app unlocked. I've recommended my parents change banks now, and since there are no other bank branches open in sale unfortunately they will have to travel far. Really shoddy service. Been banking with Halifax for more than 20 years without these issues, same banking group, miles apart in service.

Thanks to the manager of the Branch who took responsibility for resolving an issue I had with a Halifax ISA. Took few weeks to sort a fairly complex problem, but regularly updated me on progress and gave me the confidence that the issue would be resolved.

Customer service is extremely poor, sadly. The staff are very disinterested and make no attempt to hide it. Cannot help with any query and direct customers to the mobile app which sadly isn't robust. Staff on the telephone are marginally more polite but also cannot help. I would not recommend this bank to anyone who values their time.

No staff. Customer service non-existent. Huge queues with no staff around to respond and help colleagues. Evidently understaffed with no regard for customers waiting. Lloyds Bank plc need to take action

Very rude staff. If u need bank statement they can't print more then three months because they don't have commercial printer. But they believe customer keep commercial printer in their home . They don't stamp statement because they believe everyone accept their statement. Reality is completely opposite. That's how they treat their customers. Great.

Not a busy Lloyds branch. I seldom see a long quene at this branch. Thus I can usually pay in money or withdraw cash in no time.

Untruthful and disappointing service.I went into this bank 10 minutes before closing time. Lady at the front desk took my card details and used the phone. Without speaking to anyone on the phone, she ended the call within a few seconds and said it is a 1 hour waiting time!Advisor on the helpline confirmed that there was no queue and all the front desk lady needed to do is to call the same team on that helpline, which only took 2 minutes for me to get to!Disappointing service from lloyds in general, as service was refused in 2 different branches, both blaming long waiting times!

This place is well run and efficient. In no time you can deposit money + draw money out. The staff are kind and friendly and know exactly what to do without hesitation. They have excellent service with opening current accounts. I think I opened mine in under 35 Minutes. I highly recommend using Lloyds Bank.
