“CrossFit Sale Moor is a true gem: a tightly knit community of amazing coaches and supportive members. Whether you are a beginner who wants to learn what CrossFit is all about, or a pro who wants to go to the next level, this is the right place for you.I joined CFSM 2 years and a half ago and my experience has been transformational and life changing. Thanks to the top coaching I received, and the support of a community of fantastic members and athletes, I managed to go from not being able to do push ups to the best fitness level in my life and participating to local competitions.”

“Amazing gym, and so much more than a gym. Fantastic community, approachable coaches, varied classes are just some of the reasons why it’s the best gym in the North.”

“Snap fitness is a smaller gym which to me is ideal as it has a smaller client base so is never super busy, I've had a personal trainer and would recommend him, Ethan is his name and is patient and knows what he is doing. The shower and changing facilities are clean and nicer than any other gym in Sale as you get your own room although limited numbers this has never affected me.The staff are really nice and the equipment is clean and has the nessasary options and amount so you dont have to wait, and a app to track your progress to boot.To cancel your membership you have to email them and that is your 30 days notice via email, ?? solid improvement from old system.Been going now for nearly 3 years still no issues. Well done snap fitness team.Hair dryers available mand if you like hair straightener GHD's.”

“Oh my gosh! This is the most beautiful gym I've ever been to.I'm a member of the Kettering Everlast gym, which is also tier 2, so I was able to come here, and use a free pass for my friend. We're currently on tour with a show, so we try and go to gyms if there's one at our location. This one has been my favourite so far. It's in a beautiful art deco building that looks as if it used to be a theatre! It's very open and well laid out with clear paths between equipment. There's an adequate amount of machines so I didn't have to wait for anything (although I was there at 8am so it wasnt too busy).I was most excited about the stairmaster and bosu balls because the Kettering branch doesn't have these. There's also a pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi but I didn't have time to use these facilities. All in all, a great visit, I'd be back in a heartbeat if it was closer.Lots of stairs though, but the leg equipment is on the bottom floor. ?”
