I bought a sausage bap, and 2 lattes, one bite and one sip later it was in the bin, and i went to coffee house opposite, much better, I will never use greggs again.

Food is never ever even remotely warm, despite me visiting at lunch time the vast majority of the time?? What do the staff do? Make everything in the morning and leave it there all day? Pretty pathetic planning considering it is literally every time I?ve been across months?

Nice place to sit with a coffee watching the world go by. Very nice staff too. I now use the phone app which is very convenient.

As far as Greggs though, the Sale branch is actually one of the best. Always serve a great breakfast and the staff are always very polite.

Very nice and clean shop in the Greggs chain.the staff are pleasant and helpful.its located on the pedestrian area of school road close to the shops.there are carparks nearby and there is plenty of plenty of public transport as well.the food is nice as usual.always worth a visit for a quick snack.

It's Greggs! Staff have always been kind and polite anytime I've been in. Food has never been stone cold on purchasing like some Greggs I've been to.

A lady called fazanna, took my order and was really rude. She repeatedly called me "love" and "darling". She wasn't only rude to me, but rude to her colleague Sue. I am a regular at this store. But this is disappointing to see. Please can this be dealt with as soon as possible. Thanks again, Adam.
