Please, please, please sort the drains/toilets out. We go for coffee here frequently and it?s a nice place with caring staff but the last 8/9 times we?ve been the smell is awful. We sit outside or by the door to enjoy the food/coffee but there is obviously an issue with the drains and I don?t think it?s fair to expect staff, let alone customers, to be in that smell!!

I visit this store every morning. I look forward to my visit as the staff especially Jarrod and Jennifer are very welcoming and chatty.
I?m a bit surprised by others negative comments. I think since Jennifer has taken over as manager, the place is a lot cleaner, friendlier and busier. She takes her role as manager very seriously and should be commended.
I think they?re doing a great job.,

I was really disappointed with my visit. The place smells bad, which made it hard to enjoy my time there. On top of that, the staff doesn?t seem to know the difference between a cappuccino and a flat white, which was frustrating. I expected better.

Decent seating. Costa coffee is pretty good but not quite as good as Cafe Nero. Costa branches are usually a better place to meet friends.

This store needs more staff. The staff are lovely, always great and friendly service, however, I don't think you should only have 2 members of staff on. One young lady was lone working while the other staff member was on his break and she was getting stressed and overwhelmed, I saw her spill a drink on herself and drop a few other things and being ran off her feet with the amount of customers. She had a queue of people waiting around 10 minutes as she was alone.
I feel that the management shouldn't be putting that kind of pressure on staff members while the other staff is on a break.
She handled it as well as she could, she's a star.

Two members of staff working today really lovely. A much better experience. Credit where credit's due. Thanks Costa (Sale).
Although this Costa is a nice setting and I enjoy coming here, I always feel like I'm putting the staff out when I ask for allergen information. Staff members have tutted which is utterly unacceptable. I asked for allergen info for the Christmas menu and was given the wrong information. I checked the Costa website to be sure and luckily I hadn't had the drink that their booklet deemed gluten free (the website said it did contain gluten). There is one lady who works here in particular who cannot be bothered, it seems. Such a shame for a large chain that the staff aren't sensitive to people with auto-immune disorders.

They forgot to put our food in the microwave. (They did do it after we asked where our food was.)
And whoever made my tropical mango bubble blended my boba - I had very few boba (1) it was still nice, but the boba is the reason the drink is so pricey.
Costa is my favourite shop, but this one was the worst I have been to.
