Staff are never available. Shelf stacking takes priority over serving and customers clearly take second place. Provide some training or employ more staff, ones who know their job

Sadly, since dates not being used on fresh packed items like cucumbers and chillies, product at this store has been unusable. I reported all the packed chillies in store were moulding then got caught out today with a cucumber already soggy and unusable. No receipt as didn't expect this. Whole cucumber binned.

Met with Simon today, whom went above and beyond by checking in the back for a sold out item.
Simon was very polite and friendly - perfect person for a community store.

Just been to this store. Won't be going again . 3 staff fannying about while I am stood at cig counter waiting to be served. One looked at me and then walked other way . Never had such poor service in a co-op. 7 minutes to get served . Waste of space

The co-op on coppice avenue in sale must be the only shop in England that doesn't supply hand gel the shop is very covid unfriendly and risks spreading the disease
