Staff only care about their own work, ignore customer is waiting for order, also they don?t service the first line up person, just serve the customer they familiar. Also this is not the first time!? Very disappointing service??????

I've always liked Cafe Nero coffee but this shop was underwhelming in terms of cleanliness and decor. Felt like everything was a bit grubby, sticky tables, and an odd layout of places to sit. Friendly staff but not enough to lift this to a four star experience
