I had left an earlier review in which I said I thought the subscription plan was too expensive. I misunderstood the monthly cost - and it is much less than I'd thought! (Apologies to the surgery.)That was the only reason I left fewer than five stars, so I'm amending my review. On the first visit, Wei took x-rays and checked my teeth. He came up with a treatment plan to work on one tooth, and everything else looked good. He was careful, gentle, and thorough.Last week I saw Ibraheem, the hygienist, for a "clean & polish." No pain, no discomfort, and he was also careful and thorough.The staff, assistants and reception, is helpful, responsive, pleasant and polite. This dental surgery is a win-win!One aspect especially helpful to me is that they can see me in one of the ground-floor examination rooms, as I have difficulty with stairs.I had great difficulty in finding a new dentist after COVID who was taking new patients and didn't cost a fortune. So glad I came across the Sale BUPA office. I recommend them without hesitation!* * *UPDATE: I had a filling replaced yesterday. Dr Yew was great. I'd certainly recommend him for any dental work you may need.

I recently visited for my six monthly check up. The staff had all changed since my last visit but they were from the receptionists to the hygienist and dentist friendly and very professional. The hygienist Ibraheem, ably assisted by his nurse, did an exceptional clean and polish, was very caring and gentle, reassuring throughout the whole process. Would without hesitation recommend.

I?ve been using Bupa dentacare SALE for 52 years. My current dentist Jenny Nichols is a superb person who always puts me at my ease, even when extracting a tooth. The young receptionists are equally welcoming when you arrive at the surgery.

I have been a patient at this practice my entire life (I?m 24) and I couldn?t recommend them enough. They are so helpful. The receptionist helped me get an appointment for my partner today which I am very grateful for. Also the dentists are very helpful with any pain or issues I have had in the past and they have been resolved very quickly. Couldn?t not recommend them

been a patient here (whatever guise the clinic name has been) for best part of 45yrs, with only 3 dentists in that time. no need to go anywhere else, reception staff lovely and friendly, Jennifer and the nurses all great too, no matter what the treatment pathway! highly recommended!

Amazing service! They managed to get my daughter registered and booked in within days when she?d been on other waiting lists for months! All lovely and welcoming! Glad to be part of a lovely dentist!
