It is no wonder , why have many customers here complained your service. I have been on 14 May after pick my child up from school. I went in to buy a gift. My child tried the bush on her hair while I reading a gift box details. Old lady staff saw it , and ask me to buy. Sure I will but the old lady took my gym bag on the floor away to her tills without asking me.
I already paid for a gift and bush and asked the bag back. She hold it with two fingers back to me.
I walked out and back in again the price on shelf and receipt doesn?t the same. the old lady calls here colleague to service me in stead. She checked the receipt and the price on shelf, ?promotion already expired. ? she said without sorry.
So, I decided returned it. Because the price is incorrect.
Me and my child had bad service experience and racist actions from your staff.

Pharmacy Staff is crazy and rude. I won?t step in again. My visit was on 08.05.2025 and time was around 3.30 PM.

I feel compelled to express my total gratitude and appreciation too a number if the excellent staff at Boots in Sale.
I specifically what to say how friendly, helpful and knowledgeable Sarah and Maggie are
nothing is too much trouble.
Likewise on one occasion i needed too ask Natalie the manager for assistance and again i felt she was very understanding and helpful.
In this world of technology driven service Boots are an exception too this cost cutting culture - Amen ? to that being the case!

This review is for the pharmacy staff ONLY. Every staff except the young man who works there is extremely rude, uncaring, unapproachable and unprofessional. The pharmacist on 17.11.24 was the worst.

This is for the pharmacy staff. Came in to the store, 3 of them stood around looking at a computer screen. Took about 2/3 minutes to even be acknowledged. No ?hello can I help??, No ?thank you for waiting? bla bla bla. Got my meds and left. Please recruit helpful, friendly, courteous staff, thank you. I feel for the older ones that don?t get treated with respect and kindness in this store (pharmacy).

Worst boots I?ve ever been to. Staff members not friendly, one followed me around the store with my toddler just watching me, made me feel like I was shoplifting! Then the lady on the till with the grey hair and glasses should NOT be in customer service, my hands were full with stuff I was buying and my bag and my toddler grabbed a Trunkie that was on a bottom shelf and sat on it. The lady asked me if I was buying it, I said ?oh no sorry, she?s picked that up by mistake?. The lady rolled her eyes and buzzed a colleague who promptly took away the trunki and said she will not leave it on the bottom shelf anymore? how about actually help your customers? Help a struggling mum out if she?s on her own and her hands are full. Don?t roll your eyes when my kid see?s a fun toy on a bottom shelf and carries it for all of 2 minutes. What a horrible group of people. Avoid if you can.

Consistently ignorant group of staff. Have no sense of customer service, I often think I?m invisible when I go in, especially the pharmaceutical counter. No, smiles, or ?how can I help you?, they often make you feel like you?re a hindrance? even when the shop is quiet. Not going into this store again.
