Pink hair cashier refused a sale on matches as I did not have my ID which is fine I can accept that. However what I can not accept is being publicly humiliated in a busy store. After she refused the sale she was practically shouting about how she can?t proceed with the sale because she will get the sack. There were many people queuing up and all eyes where then on me because the woman on the checkouts was speaking at a very high volume and drawing the attention of the whole store. I suffer from anxiety luckily my partner was there as I did have to leave the store. Will not be returning as this woman has been rude a number of times lovely store but that?s put me right off.

This is second time I witnessed the lady at the till making a mistake and talk to eldery in very unprofessional and unacceptable manner,it has shocked me ,i thought might be once and she has having a bad day but 2 times will not be accepted. I hope manager do something about it

Cashier with pink hair is the rudest person I have ever came across went in with family who had travelled all the way down from wales visiting us for a few nights for her to ID 3 fully grown adults for vape juice even though only one of us was buying the liquid.She completely embarrassed us with a big line of people behind us, forcing us to leave the product behind and her yelling at us that she doesn?t make the rules and that she had enough ,this lady is a very sarcastic character I wouldn?t not enjoy the thought of even working with her she seems very difficult and she can be full of life or the rudest member of staff you will see but I did not set out that morning to be embarrassed by a cashier in shop full off people certainly won?t be visiting this store as frequent and I will be following this up with a complaint to HQ!!disgusting.

I?ve just returned from the store which is fab apart from a disgusting pink haired old cashier who was not only rude, throwing the items purchased, but had disgusting customer service skills. She was pleasant to the person before me and the chap behind me but totally ignored me and was aggressive in her interaction despite me being totally pleasant. The only conclusion for this abhorrent behaviour is racism and hate. Other employees have been fine but this cashier is utterly deplorable. Shame!
