Paul the manager was brilliant, really helpful and responsive to our needs. Made us feel like very valued customers. The delivery was well communicated, on time and the driver Aswar was extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

If you want customer service don?t use this store, the worst retail experience I?ve had in years. I was served at the front door by a woman who appeared totally disinterested in helping me. She then half way through the conversation answered her mobile phone, apparently her car was more important than helping me. She then came back and told me that Paul would help me as she needed to go and carry on with her call to the garage. I asked Paul to write down the sizes and details of the tiles I wanted to purchase as this would aid me ordering online. He walked away towards the counter to get a pen but then decided to answer an incoming phone call and leave me standing at the door for five minutes. At this point I walked out of the store as I clearly wasn?t important to either of them. Neither of these people have got a clue about good service especially the woman. Her attitude is disgusting and in my opinion she needs training or firing off. I won?t be using this store again!
