Was seated in the tiniest corner no room to move very compact, really warm and the smell of smokers coming in from outside so couldn?t open windows, there was plenty of room in the restaurant area but yet staff wanted to place everyone that came in into one tiny corner.

Cleanliness is poor, dirty cutlery, table not clean, crumbs on seats. Starter was late, so my main even later. Food and surroundings were nice but standards have dropped.

Proper nice pub, good decor, nice and clean.
Staff are lovely and very attentive.
Excellent food menu with something for everyone.
Will definitely return.

Great Home Run Pub that is not managed by a chain.
Food cooked to order and not a pre frozen warm up like many chains of pubs and restaurants use these days.
Excellent value, very clean and tidy well maintained pub.

I came for a meal with friends on Sunday 27 th july , what a beautiful sunday lunch one of the nicest we have had in a long time ,we were served my a lovely young lady ,her name is Ellie she went above and behond to make our lunch special,she really couldn't do enough for us ,thank you so much ,we will definitely be back and thanks again Ellie

Been today with a group of friends we had a lovely meal the staff are so friendly and attentive would recommend to other friends.

Went today at lunch time, with another 5 people, everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals, I had the Salmon it was delicious, followed by the wimberry pie, that was so yummy. The staff very friendly and obliging, definitely be going soon again.

The food was very nice, although we had ordered a Sunday lunch, there were broccoli on other plates but not mine, although ordered the same thing. You could tell that the roast potatoes were frozen and not fresh. The wait time was terrible we had placed our order and had to wait 1 hour for our food and it wasn't that busy. There was a large group that were very loud which dampened the atmosphere for us. The waitresses were very attentive
