Arrived for afternoon tea which had been pre-booked and paid for, only to find our=t that they could not accommodate this!! Very poor customer service and a right performance to get a refund (only available by phone call). They said they had phoned and emailed to advise but neither was received (checked that they had the correct number and email address). Won't visit again.

Purchased a number of tomatoes plants early spring to find 3 months on, 3 out of 6 plants have never grown more than a foot high, thin and straggly with a handful of tomatoes. My mother who purchased them at the same time has the same issue.

21st June had the best customer service today,didn't catch the ladies name but she was petite and wore glasses ,in the cafe ,very very busy running our of food ,and she came to our table and offered an alternative to my fish finger sandwich calm and professional, even came back with the change as the price was different,well done you great service.

Went to the cafe for some lunch and was grossly disappointed, I ordered a baguette with prawns and my cousin a ham and cheese sandwich, also pots of tea, I was told that there were no baguettes so I opted for a wrap, big mistake it was literally just prawns in a wrap, same price as baguette £10. and my cousins sandwich was basic and not even buttered. we waited that long for it and had to remind them of our order. They said they had run out of salad and would we have chips with it, we declined so ask for another pot of tea. We were charged the same price for half of what we ordered. Very poor indeed.??
