Extremely good for magazines, books and stationary! Would avoid for drinks and chocolate though these are pricy. Decent customer service.

My son went in WHSmith store located in Rochdale (Lancashire) to buy a notebook, one of the staff (a mature lady) asked my son to show his ID.
