Never answer their phone! Unacceptable when you have to then travel to check if your prescription is there to be told it isnt! Just pick up your phone its there for a reason!

If I could rate zero stars I would don't use this chemist if your needing angina or other medications that if you don't have them you can end up in hospital cause the pharmacist doesn't care and won't give you one item of your prescription it's a joke avoid if you can your better of using a different chemist plus everything in it is over priced I've been waiting nearly a week for heart medications

DISGRACEFUL. whoever is running this place wants shaking up... strange how they all have full face mask on yet no gloves... if your going here for asprin. And the simple things. Then great. Staff. Bad attitude. Nothing in stock.. so let's find out who's running it.. brb... ( From there web site...) As well as providing your prescribed medicines, our expert pharmacists are here to help you, no appointment needed, with a range of health and wellbeing services. If you have repeat prescriptions, we also offer an online service where you can have them delivered to your door at no extra cost. Opening hours: During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic we are restricting our pharmacy operating hours in line with NHS recommendations so that our pharmacy teams can catch up on their workload with minimum distraction. 3 times I have been in to collect my prescription every time I have had to wait at least half an hour. Staff are rude they either ignore you or speak to you as if I should know how long it takes. My prescription wasn't ready second time as they didn't have enough tablets and I'm now still waiting. BAH HUMBUG

Just phoned them and requested them if you could deliver something as I live really close to pharmacy the lady just refused and didnâ??t care to listen. Got a younger one and itâ??s raining outside so thought. Very shrewd and rude no humanity
