One of the best pharmacy?s I?ve visited. Staff are amazing! Never seen anything like it, didn?t expect much off it. Young lady working there is lovely and has such a sweet heart, helps with anything you need providing!

very bad experience she want to hear sorry from patient never recommend any one worst people in pharmacy don?t know how to talk to a patient stupid people the medication which I?m using they want to give me what they have and want another proscription wasted my time and all I can say really bad bad service. The attitude is worst and snatch my paid medication back and refusing to give my medication I must say NHS should take some action against this pharmacy due to their rude staff and behavior with patients

Horrible Horrible People, Horrible Service, unbelievable they can get away with so much these days!!! Never answer the phone, never help in an emergency!!! My daughter has been going there for 5/6 years i went to collect her prescription and they said they don't know who she was???
I've been going in there with her for years!!
There must be someone above them who we can complain to?? I tell you Power has gone to there heads, the Pharmacists attitude is bad enough but the counter staff think they know it all, unbelievable!!!
They don't deserve any stars as far as I'm concerned!!!!

Very good service from the staff especially the young lady who works on the counter she?s given me great advice and has helped me with my prepayment application! Really recommend!

Not too bad, i picked up my prescription from there. It's very pricey if you are getting anything else. Prices seem to fluctuate. Nice staff. They have a prayer room that isn't sound proof so be prepared to raise your voice a little to be heard ? ah it is what it is

Phoned today spent 20 minutes waiting on the phone no answer.
Ended up driving over to the chemist both stood there having a conversation no customer in.
Used to be a really good chemist, not anymore absolute joke.

Staff so rude...my medicine were very expensive about £40. They did tell me about the Medicine certificate FP57, one can take and he can use that form/certificate for 3 months. Very bad and rude staff...

Shocking service, I don?t see how all these ppl who give 5* ratings can really know,My wife and I were on the phone for at least 10mins and nobody picked up the phone yet, there were staff in and it was still open.They gave us out of date medication, and blamed it on the computer software, saying ? that they did not know how it was that it had that date on, it must be down to the computer, but ignore it because it will still be fine to take? ??Cannot believe that medication that is out of date is still ok to take.Then when it was mentioned that the phone seamed to not be working, the member of staff snapped at me, and said ? no it won?t it?s internet based so ? this is ridiculous considering that ppl are trying to get the medication that helps them in life.What a joke, I will be taking this higher and complaining because this is not acceptable, and in the mean time I?ll be getting our medication from else where. What a lack of respect for ppl in general and for other ppls lives, what has this world come to.

I ordered my medicines about two weeks ago until now i haven't received my medication i don't know what to do anymore because right now all my drugs were finished a week ago putting me in danger since i have a heart condition

Wast of time, the service provision is NIL.Do not try to speak to them over the phone, as they just let the phone ring out and then hang up.If you are ill, do not visit this establishment, ring 111 for promt attention and help with emergency & repeat prescriptions.
