Fantastic customer service! Good prices for good quality! Ordered a single divan, delivered the next day, the base wouldn't go up the stairs, one phone call and they ordered a split base for us, with delivery in 5 days, collected the base that didn't fit the next day, and delivered the split base 2 day's earlier! These guys go above and beyond!

Absolutely brilliant service. Staff know what they are taking about. Nothing is too much trouble and actually practical advice given. Highly recommend shopping here for bedroom furniture, properly the best bed shop in Rochdale and fair pricing. Always delt with Usman Beds.

Not even worth 1 star, messed up the order themselves, gave damaged stock & then has to audacity to say no returns or exchanges even though their shop has no display sign to back this up. Avoid at all costs. So much damage on the items they delivered, they don't tell you when they're dropping it off so they came late at night, don't even let you check it properly, demand the money & leave.
