Went into TUI Rochdale shop to price up a few different holidays for myself and my partner?s first holiday together. We were really well looked after by one of the staff members, Charlotte, who found us the perfect destination. She really took the time to understood the importance of the occasion and figure out what we wanted, couldn?t be more grateful!

Couldnt be happier, booked a holiday with Charlotte, she was so helpful and found us an amazing holiday. We didnt feel rushed and the whole experience was great, just cant wait to get to the hotel now!

I recently went to this travel shop and was really happy with the help I got, especially from Tasha. The staff knew a lot and were super friendly, making it easy to plan my trip. It?s nice to find a place where people are so helpful and make travel planning stress-free.

Came here today just to have a look at holidays, Jasmine was so helpful and informative. She researched what hotels would be disabled friendly and we ended up booking there and then. It can usually take months trying to find somewhere suitable for my wheelchair, and countries that have special assistance at the airports. Jasmine made it a breeze. 10 out of 10 for customer service, I will definitely be back to book another holiday.

booked a marella cruise at tui in Rochdale, must say jasmine and Owen very helpfull with info needed and assisted us booking our first cruise ,. We will definitely be back to book more holidays with them and will recommend them to family and friends . Great service ???

After having issues with an online booking and a very unhelpful Halifax store, we found the staff here extremely accommodating and the lady who served us (I didn?t catch her name) was extremely knowledgeable and solved our booking query as well as informing us of other things we would find helpful.Really put us at ease and would definitely recommend and we will use again.
