What a horrible person working at the till this is the third time I?ve been served by her and always a nasty piece of work she is
Ask lauren anything and she will say I don?t know in a condescending manner but I?ve seen her with other customers who are the same skin colour as her and she always finds what they need clearly there must be an issue when she?s serving a person of colour because she has no knowledge of anything
Today was the same experience with her

My experience at toolstation was excellent Lee at the front desk help me through out my out an help me decide the best steel toe to wear for my work all options was given an very helpful an excellent customer service would definitely recommend tool solutions 5 start

Went to toolstation looking for an unusual rubber gasket - had sprung a leak in the loft so i was stressed!. Screwfix couldn?t help but Lee at toolstation searched high and low for one for us. He found one in a tub of bits and bobs. Came home and it fitted perfectly. Thanks Lee 5 stars and stress levels have come down. Owe you one. Highly recommend.

I have been in a few times in the last week. I just want to thank the young lady, Jane, for her help and advice. Very helpful, unlike some at Screwfix who gave me the wrong advice and item that I purchased.

I had a great experience at Toolstation Rochdale! The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The store had everything I needed, and the prices were very reasonable. I'll definitely be returning for any future DIY projects!

Having previously left a negative review due to my mistake.I purchased a floodlight and thought I had been sold a customer return because of the crimping to the wire terminals.However when I visited the store today I was greeted by Mohammed who explained that this is how the units came and he showed me another new and packed unit.I apologised for my silly/hasty mistake.The store in Rochdale is always well kept clean and orderly.Service is excellent and the staff are very helpful, polite and understanding.Thank you for the great service and competitive prices.
