Excellent service received today. The mosaic tiles we required were unavailable in store so Ben rang a number stores to find them in stock. Jen kindly brought them from Warrington to Rochdale for us.Great product knowledge and very helpful.Thanks Ben!

I found Stephen and the rest of the staff to be friendly,, knowledgable and happy to help, which is exactly what i needed as an absolute beginner. They were patient, happy to advise and didnt mind my lack of knowhow. 5 star service cheers guys!

Extremely pleasant young lady working behind the till - very helpful and polite. I also dropped my credit card outside of the store and it was handed in and she kept safe for me.

Friendly, patient and helpful staff. A great selection and we finally got the tiles and border we were looking for. I would definitely recommend you pay a visit if you are looking for tiles.

We went in for some tile trims and the chap that served was very knowledgeable. He even made sure that the trims we bought has as little damaged as poss as there was a large portion of them on the rack with scuffs etc. Would happily go there again

Couldn't be happier with the service at Tile Giant in Rochdale. Gina is so helpful, friendly and full of great advice. Nothing is too much trouble for her. There is a wide range of designs and promotions that make the store an even better choice. Highly recommended.

After visiting umpteen tile shops we were beginning to despair, we were really running out of options. Tile Giant in Rochdale is where we found what we were looking for. Great choice and really helpful staff. Highly recommend a visit for your tiles.
