Bought a broadband router from this branch, and within a short time, it suddenly lost all network signal. I went back expecting help, but the staff couldn?t have been less helpful. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or offer any real support, they just told me to ?call head office.? No accountability whatsoever.
Even worse, when I asked about cancelling the service due to it not working, I was told I?d still have to pay off the full contract?despite the product being faulty and unusable. Absolutely shocking customer service. Avoid this branch if you?re expecting any kind of assistance after they?ve taken your money.

Had a wonderful customer service experience, went in to enquire about costs of a new product and future of my contract, was given all the information and assistance required.
Came away satisfied with the service I received from two staff members.

Friendly staff and a warm welcome. I had a technical issue that I thought would be a problem but a helpful and highly competent guy sorted it out quickly with no fuss.

It is a very bad service. My contract has not been 14 years old, and today I entered the 15th year and they did not accept cancellation. When I signed up for the contract, they cheated me on the price for the rest. I asked if the line worked in Europe. She said yes, and when I traveled, it did not work. Because I have a line with Three, I will pay for two years and do not benefit from it. Bad internet network, bad connection. Bad messages

Called in there Saturday as I used all my data so the guy sorted out a 2nd sim an new tablet buzzing. Really helpful chatty
Better than the shop in bluewater never again go in there

Worst customer service ever, no help at all in the shop nor online or over the phone. Tried to cancel my broadband as it didn?t work in my new house at all but didn?t know the sim number got no advice in the shop, couldn?t get through to customer service at all. No help at all. Pathetic

Not very helpful. Asked about about my contract as wanted to see about EU roaming and was told that its just set at £2 a day or I can buy a holiday sim. Didn't even check my account or ask for any details

I been a customer for 15 years and needed help with my father who is 80 years old and as difficulty with eyes , and needed help with my account, the feed back I got was , NOT MY PROBLEM, JUST WAIT TIL MY PHONE IS UP FOR RENEWAL
