Came here the other day for a massage with my mum as her birthday treat. Salon lovely inside and all the ladies very polite and friendly. Will definitely be coming back, can not fault them at all.

Charlotte is the absolute best at biab nails. Never been more happier with my nails with tthe way she does them, her service is absolutely amazing. Worth every single penny. Never dread leaving the shop anymore being upset because my nails aren?t done how I imagined them. She is so gentle and I look forward every time I have my nails done by her. Will keep going back to her.

Had an amazing experience today with my friend. We booked full body sweedish and the express hydration facial. Was honestly the best experience I've had. Love this place. Hidden gem of rochdale!

I had two treatments done from here. LVL was fine, no issues whatsoever however from the same therapist I had eyebrow lamination done and it was a complete disaster. I felt she did not listen to what I wanted regarding the shape and shortly after leaving the salon some residue came away and my eyebrows are worse than when I went it. They are not staying in place at all and look messy. I'm also left with bruising and dry skin from the very harsh wax used. They did offer to see if they could salvage it but at this point I'd rather keep what I have than trust them again unfortunately. Service and price wasn't bad but would not go there again.

There is nowhere else I would trust for my beauty treatments as much as I do The Retreat. The girls are extremely talented, professional and friendly and the beautifully decorated salon makes for a great day of relaxation. There truly isn't anything the salon can't do for you, always doing what they can to accommodate their customers, going to great lengths to squeeze you in for last minute appointments. I couldn't recommend this salon enough! Give them a visit and you won't be disappointed!Services: Body waxing

This is the second time i?ve been here, first time I got a back massage which was supposed to be for 30 minutes however the masseuse was late so ended up only being 20 Minutes and the second time I got a full body massage which was supposed to be for 1 hour however again the masseuse was late and it only ended up being for 35 minutes. For £35 and not even getting the full amount of time required for the service it is rather unacceptable i?m never going to go back again

ad a back massage earlier today. Went in with some lower back pain, and due to the stresses of my job, alot of tension especially around my shoulders. Came out feeling amazingly relaxed, able to move better and a hell if a lot less pain. Would highly recommend. This was my first massage, im definitely going to book again.

I feel this place is going downhill, I did like the service at one point, however the quality of service is very poor at present. And yes I did get offerred a drink and some staff were was pleasant, But overall some women seem ill mannered and offer no respect or dignity.#funny how the staff have left positive feedback when they are the ones offering bad service

The Retreat is a lovely relaxing haven in the centre of Rochdale. All the girls there are absolutely lovely, they can't do enough to make your visit feel special. I usually go for the amazing hot stone massage but last time I tried the steam pods as well which were fab, could have staying in there for hours. I would definitely recommend this beautiful salon to all my friends.
