Just been in and what a joke.. ques up every isle and what makes it more funny you?ve got rid of all your checkouts for self checkouts and staff standing on isles pointing people where to go? you?d think you?d put this staff on checkouts to avoid this but places like this are run by morons
Aldi don?t have self checkouts and Ive never seen ques so bad, I only wanted a tub of filler

I was shopping with a friend buying wine for a Christmas present, got to the self check out and met Charlotte a new employee. Charlotte proceeded to ask us both for our ID?s even though the friend in question was not purchasing anything neither was it for him, she proceeded to ask for his and cause a scene within the store all because he didn?t have his ID. Put this into perspective I am shopping with my child getting a bottle of wine should they have to be 25 to be shopping with me while me purchasing wine, the answer is no so why does my friend?

It's a Tesco. In Rochdale. So of you are looking for a wellknown supermarket, and you are in Rochdale, it has to be worth a visit. Of course if you are looking to play golf overlooking the sea in Kent, it might be best to avoid. But that is just my opinion.

Poor service all round - 0/10.
Staff including team leaders too busy chatting about other staff/customers/holidays/days off than to pay attention to customers or offering help... half of the staff launch your groceries down the checkout after scanning them - maybe pass them/slow down lot of younger staff think its the olympics!
Also had a return one time - craig was anything but helpful, he said comments as he walked off, what a faff!! Now go to middleton tesco - 10 times the store in terms of stock and cleanliness and staff who actually go above and beyond - and are not stood aroynd chatting.

Big shout out to the staff at Tesco Rochdale, took mum shopping and she felt unwell at the till. The lady on the checkout called for someone to bring her a chair within minutes 3 members of staff appeared one with a wheelchair and whisked her off to the cafe for a drink whilst another put her shopping through, they stayed with her whilst I put the shopping in the car and came back for her. She was then wheeled out to the car. Lovely people who went above and beyond

The young lady in the cafe was truly horrible. No concept of customer service, rude and arrogant. I'll never be back.
