We waited în the line for 10 minutes and once we got to the front we went down to the perfume area where someone was as we wanted to buy perfume but someone was already at the register and once done the lady working asked us to wait back in the line as ?we wasn?t next in line? but we was and we didn?t want to hold up the line and we tried explaining that we was but she refused to listen so we had to wait another 10 minutes before being served. This was an awful experience as I was also in a rush. Superdrug please teach your staff how to treat people.

The assistant on the till was abrupt and rude .no eye contact, no please or thankyous....if you are having a bad day don't take it out on the elderly.The experience ruined my day.

Bought a product when I got home went to show mother inlaw and there was nothing in it .iv got reciept to take back but was disappointed. Think maybe shoplifters taking items out of box easier to conceal .

Hello. Not been to the Riverside since it opened and I seen an aftershave online so I thought I?d go to the store as I?m from Rochdale..WHAT A MISTAKE. Went to the aftershave counter. Asked for what I wanted and asked for a sample spray. They didn?t have one. Asked if it was the parfum version of what I wanted. They didn?t know. Asked if I can read the box. She said no. I said I?m not gona run away with it. She still said no. I?m fuming now. She asked a blonde dyed hair girl if they have a sample spray. She said No. Asked the pretend Blondie to spray another one on the back of my hand as I have done in the last 35 odd years so see how it reacts to my skin. She said no. Sprayed it on and card and said RUB IT ON YOUR HAND YOURSELF. She said it like she owns the place. BAD BAD SERVICE. I threw the card on the counter and walked out. Wont be buying anything from them snooty wanna be Sales girls or whatever you wanna call them..HORRIBLE STAFF AND HORRIBLE SERVICE?.??

Called in to buy a new makeup . Couldn?t find what I was looking for. Went to get assistance off the assistant who said she was too busy, and pointed me to another assistant, who was chatting to a friend, and scrolling down sharing social media. I asked her same question and she pointed to the makeup stalls telling me to just go and look .. over there. Not interested in helping me out.
Ava was here name, rude incompetent and needs to learn some customer service.. she is a shop assistant..paid to assist!

'Customer Service is such integral part of our business and one of our main aims at Superdrug is to ensure that we give you a great service and an enjoyable, pleasant shopping experience ....' (this is an extract from Superdrug's Customer Promise which some staff appear not to follow. I've been served by a particular member of staff recently and as well as on previous occasions and each time find them uncomfortable..... no smile, no pleasant greeting and my purchases slapped down on the counter as if they're in a bad mood. I leave the store annoyed by their behaviour and it ruins my mood too! I understand it can be a demanding job but it's a customer focused one. Please Rochdale branch, brush your staffs up on the good customer service that the company promises.

Lol the staff is very rude and unprofessional, mainly the white girls. They always give you dirty looks when serving at the till! No customer service at all.
