i ordered 2 6inch and a half sub tikka's the portion the girl put on was 1 scoop each which she spreaded out . asked for topping of onions she put 3 tiny onions . asked for extra she was looking angry . she was very rude . the girl that 1st served us she made us wait while she was getting the online orders ready . not going back again due to the high price and the portions . subway charge more than they give . and their staff are rude

I got 2 6inch and a drink and was charged 14 pound. At royal manchester childrens hospital i get a 6 inch and a 12 inch and it is less. Total rip off at Rochdale

I went with my 3 kids all the sandwiches were cold they didn't toast them well the staff is really rude I am their regular customer and they are not bothered about customer service look like they are forced to work here

ordered an uber eats, person who answered the phone explained that my sandwich was pre made ahead of the order, accepted the order now however the sandwich is stone cold. tried to amend an issue however the employee was just arguing with me instead of giving me a chance to explain my point. i have been a previous worker of subway ive now excelled my talenta elsewhere in hospitality and i used to like the ethos of subway. but the quality and the training of staff has now gotten low and the professionalism with some young workers is appauling. rethink who you are hiring .

I walked in at 5:45, 15 mins before closing time. As i walked in the worker behind the counter kissed his teeth at me and said we're closing. I replied back saying there's 15 mins left. He kissed his tongue at me again and said what bread do you want with an attitude. I said i do not want to order with you due to his attitude and again he raised his voice a little and said what bread do you want. I was not happy with the service i had received and walked out.

Good service to start by most staff but not the manager (I'm assuming she is the manager). I ordered a brekwich (It was around 1.30) and unbeknown to me at this point I was not supposed to order it. (no sign saying this). The guy prepared it for me but when I got to the till the lady was on there and said I should not have ordered this as it was past breakfast time - and I felt like a scolded child the way she said it to me! She asked if one of the staff told me I could have it so I said yes but please not to tell them off. She still told the guy off - in front of other customers also which is so unproffesional. She also had the nerve to charge me extra as kept saying I shouldn't have ordered it! Obviously in her opinion the customer is always wrong! She was very arrogant and rude and if I wasn't so stunned yesterday I would have refused to pay any extra and told her the customer is always right! I have since told loads of friends about this subway service in Rochdale and every one is outraged and they also say she is in the wrong about the brekwich too as it IS an all day sandwich! Plus my options are limited too as I'm a vegetarian. And I did notice someone behind me getting hash browns and she didn't seem to have a problem with that! Reading other reviews on here it seems I'm not the only one to encounter absolute rudeness. The guys were helpful and friendly but all seemed petrified of her! I chatted to the guy as he was cleaning tables and the very rude manager interupted that even (she obvioulsty wanted to know if we were talking about her)- the poor guy couldn't chat for a second! He was still working as he spoke - the tables were very clean actually. I love subway food but I nor my friends will ever visit this one again in Rochdale. That lady needs lessons in how to speak to customers with respect!

Absolute bunch of rude working donkeys. How can you forget UberEats items 3 to 4 times in a row. Stupidity isn't even the word. It's like this they don't give a damn. Subway branch doesn't care about there customers. I'm shocked with the new staff they've hired. A bunch of illiterate clowns. SUBWAY MANAGEMENT SORT THIS OUT ASAP!!!!!!!!
