Came in today got terrible service from 2 members of staff, literally rolling there eyes at eachother over having to come out of the back and serve me - plenty of time for chit chat throughout your shift, drop it when customers are present! Customer service here is abysmal, Wont be returning here, feel like you dont want custom at all.

Nice staff but whoever was working the morning shift 18 June 24 needs to be reminded about cross contamination. He picked up a platter box off the floor and put it on a fresh batch of cookies. One worse, the tuna butty he made for the platter, the wrapper was strung across the VEGAN cookies with tuna on it?gross for vegans having tuna cookies x

02/01/24Left disgusted with the poor customer service from the oldest employee. Refused to give his name. Ignorant and shouldn't be working in customer service.We asked for the salad with the peppers on the side x 4 times, they couldn't understand what I was asking for as it was too complicated of a order.He then began to be little us, while we tried to explain she didn't want them in the sandwich.He had no customer service skills and I had to ask him to stop talking and I wanted to pay and go. He carried on with himself.No customer service whatsoever very disappointed with the shop. Should not be working with the public.Shocking!
