Absolutely despicable place. Went in with my daughter and ordered our large drinks, two cakes and handed the staff member a cheese toasty. Got our first large drink a caramel Frappuccino, waited ages for my drink a large dragon fruit and mango refresher and they handed me a medium drink. I said I have ordered a large so they proceeded to make it a large one. Went and sat down. About 20 minutes later I went to the counter to ask how long my cheese toasty would be. Person who served me looked dumbfounded and then said did you order cakes too. Erm yes? I went back to my table but watched as the staff member went over to the oven where she had clearly put it in to cook and left it there, forgetting about it. She binned it then she went to the fridge and got another toasty. I waited back at the table then see it?s ready so go to the counter to get it and notice something peeking out between the slices. I lift it to look and she had made me a ham and cheese toasty! I am vegetarian and tell her I ordered a cheese toasty and that I am veggie. No apology or anything. Just takes it and goes and heats me a cheese toasty. Absolutely appalling. Miserable incompetent staff. Awful depressing atmosphere. No customer service skills whatsoever. I went Sunday 7th July 2024 afternoon about 3.30pm with my daughter. So whoever owns this Starbucks clearly needs a word with their horrendous awful staff! I will never visit this over priced disgusting place again! So do not visit. Utterly awful!

Staff judge people and treat them different from others. One staff member in particular with a shaved head who seems to have a god complex is making visits very difficult for my family

Why are the 4 staff walking around with headsets on. This means in an empty cafe (which it was when myself and a colleague were there), you have to wait endlessly for the staff member serving you to juggle serving, and responding to drive through. Then you stand there waiting for you coffee while they are wandering off to serve the drive through at the same time. I am stood looking at my coffee waiting to be handed it and they simply wander off and prioritise another order. The place was empty, there were 4 staff all chatting on their headsets, wandering about doing nothing to speed up me getting my order. Its a nonsense system and I have experienced the same at other Starbucks cafes where you are stood endlessly waiting while multiple staff are juggling multiple orders and half finishing orders or just getting distracted by their headset and literally wandering off like zombies! Will be avoiding Starbucks.

FYI I went to the petrol pump not Starbucks. I wouldn't touch products anything from these genocide- supporters with a bargepole.
