Bought swimming goggles, wrong size wouldn't fit ( no correct stock) for my granddaughter, asked for a refund with receipt, told we only give credit notes. Return policy is non existent Credit Notes only, just want your money. Would NEVER recommend or waste my time going there ever again, only kids serving.

I had a pair of shoes and only wore them once at my house to try them on. They got a little bit of dust on them and it had the tiniest crease on the front of when I tried them on at home. I wanted to return them because they were not my size. The lady at the till said that she will ask her manager. The manger said no because of that tiny crease and a little bit of dust.

Saturday 1300 27/01/24- I do need to take my shoes off to try trainers! I want to purchase?.Following me around?.even when I had my shoes on ?what the hell do you want from me I?ve come in to buy bits ?..try and find the people who do rob. The two guys followed me around who were on camera duty- i have paid for my goods £60 to be precise! You really are lowest of the low? intimidating normal genuine folk out to make a purchase! Go and get qualified and find a better job that pays well and gives you adequate customer training!

Went into store today to purchase some last minutes Christmas items. The young man on shoes - I believe a staff member may have referred to him as Mark, was absolutely miserable, no smile, no hi can I help you, he had a face like a slapped arse and was so rude, clearly he missed his training in customer service. He really shouldn?t be working with the public as its very obvious he doesn?t enjoy it. To top it off when I did get round the the till point to pay he was stood moaning to the till women that all the customers should just leave and go home as he had had enough of them all, the women on the tills where great. Friendly & helpful even though they were very busy. Get rid of your rude miserable staff and employ better ones! I?ll will go to Bury next time and try my luck in there.

The store is well-stocked, and the staff, while perhaps not overly enthusiastic, are knowledgeable and helpful. It's important to remember that they might not provide royal treatment when the owner is paying them the national minimum wage. Overall, a good place for sports gear shopping.

Sat outside the Rochdale branch at 9:44 am.Wednesday 4th of October .Supposed to open at 9:30.Customers sat outside waiting to get in .No sign of the doors opening yet .what a way to run a business. Quite a few customers have left whilst I've been waiting for the doors to open .
