Very crowded when I first went in and think they need to move to a larger store if there is so much customer interest. The staff were so lovely! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and competent. Very happy with the service received. I do think a bigger store would help with customer flow as it's clear that there is a lot of interest and high service from this specsavers store. Thanks for the service!

Very pleased with my glasses. Had a great check up and some good help with choosing the right frames too from staff. Only waited a week also to pick my new glasses up. Altogether the experience was great.

Went in a month or so ago so my partner could get new glasses.. after pressuring us to spend more than we wanted they are now broke!!! And they want another £55 for repair.. we will be supergluing them and from now on will be going elsewhere for glasses! Absolutely disgusted and extremely frustrated!!

Rochdale store.
Went today for an eye test and new glasses.Staff were welcoming and efficient on arrival. The Optician was great explaining things as she went along. My main concern as this was my first visit to Specsavers, was getting the right glasses and fit that was right for me as I had no idea of what frames and shape would suit my face, I had previously been with a supermarket optitions and was left to my own devices. This is where a young lady called Taz came in!
Taz explained about all the different prices and ranges of varifocals. I actually thought that there was only one type as I had never been given the option before of upgrading or downgrading I thought you just got them and that was it. Taz explained everything with expert knowledge, and asking me questions about what I do in my job to driving and personal interest to then describe how they may help and what could be tailored to my individual needs.
No pressure or hard selling just a well informed young lady, and I did in fact upgrade as this was best to suit my needs.
Taz took time to listen to what style and look I wanted and then showed me lots of different glasses that would suit my style but also the shape of my face, there was no rushing me, and again asked me questions about my lifestyle and gave me genuine honest advice which I very muched appreciated and felt like I have found the perfect pair.
The fitting.
Taz took time to make me try the glasses on and off to see how I put them on my face and to get the correct fit. Again no rushing,Taz has great attention to detail to make sure that everything would fit perfect. I was overall made to feel welcome had a great visit and actually felt listened to, with great advice and exceptional customer service by Taz, I Highley recommend and wish I would have gone here sooner!
