Petrol was at decent price but the new owners prices are very high. V-Power is over 15p/litre more compared to the other Shell station in Rochdale. I use to be a regular customer but not anymore.

Customer service skills obviously need improving. The staff don?t even know the products nor do they know how to treat a customer, the cashier stared at me as I asked him why the price is ?either 13 or 14 pounds?. Which is what he said the price was when I asked how much I would be charged. He then proceeded to raise his tone and say it again. Very unhappy !!
