I go in almost every day, great service from the trade counter staff, sometimes they don't have what we need, but they will always try to find an alternative product at a similar price. Or order it in for the next day.

I asked a worker (tall guy with dark hair) for some advice regarding my bathroom sink. I needed a a pipe extension or longer pipe as my previous one was too small and not fitting properly. The guy told me that they didn't do anything like that and I'd have to buy the whole fitting (that I already had) or flexipipe. The flexipipe didn't work.I decided to go to toolstation to ask for advice that I received from a woman! Guess what? I now have a new pipe that connects to my old one.

Work clothes would be easier to order if you could filter under waist and length and not just waist. Spent ages looking for some that were in stock and the right size, having to click on every item to check stock. Maybe that was me though as I hadn't used their site before, but it wasn't very clear. Items were ready super fast at the store but on collection, the man who served me was quite rude. I'd never been in a screwfix store before and was met with a very abrupt man who just said "you buying or collectin"....yeah, good afternoon to you too! I told him I was collecting, he mumbled something about a 4 digit number, I asked him to repeat and he was clearly annoyed at that so he mumbled something again. I said I'll check my email for the order number. He said "forget it, what's your name?" I told him and he went to a girl at the counter and gave her my name. I then said my order number and he said "oh she has got it then" and left me with the girl. Will not step foot in there again, he definitely needs some training in customer service and basic manners

I was at my wits end searching for an attachment for an impact drill..the guys at screwfix rochdale were so very very helpful, they new exactly which one I needed & even checked & showed me how to fix & use the attachment..they are diamond guys. Thanks a million from a very happy customer. ?

Went today to research home surveillance camera kits for my house. What a fantastic staff member named Ross was. Very patient going though the different ones. After asking Ross many questions I purchased a set up bundle.For excellent service, great friendly helpful staff go to Screwfix Rochdale and the prices are great value too!!
