I came across Salon 481 when looking for wedding hair stylists and I'm so glad I did. I had been having trouble finding a wedding hair stylist to go to the venue on the morning of my wedding but for Salon 481, this wasn't a problem!I went to have my hair trial back in October/November 2023 and was taken aback by how lovely the ladies were - I'm quite quiet and introverted and usually hate having my hair done but I immediately felt at ease and relaxed. The experience was fabulous and Donna talked me through what she felt would work well and what the other members of the wedding party were looking for. I knew before I'd even left the shop that I'd found not just my wedding stylist, but my new hairdressers, too!I booked to have my hair dyed in January in preparation for my wedding - my now husband thought it would be lovely to have my hair how it was when we met. I showed Donna a (very poor quality) picture of my hair from years ago and she was able to replicate it pretty much exactly! I have had so many compliments about my hair since and I can't wait for my next appointment.The day of my wedding (10.02.24), Donna and Natalie came to the venue and were so relaxed and chilled, it really helped with the pre-wedding nerves! The ladies came very well prepared and impressed my mum with all of the hairdressing gadgets (the magnetic wrist thing for clips) and were so lovely with my sister who has learning difficulties. Everyone who had their hair done loved the experience (we're a group that doesn't have our hair done often) and it was an extra special touch with the flowery clips that Natalie brought...my something borrowed!The final touch (which nearly made us all cry!!) was when Donna offered to do my grandma's hair. My grandma has dementia and hadn't a clue what was going on and it wasn't planned for her to have her hair done but it was such a lovely gesture and seeing my grandma have her hair done is one of the best bits about the whole day. I feel so grateful to have had Donna and Natalie do my wedding party's hair and would highly recommend Salon 481 to everyone who wants to feel like a million dollars.Thank you ladies!

Came in here on Saturday with my mum for our hair done. We've both decided we won't go anywhere else! ? Both said it's the best cut we've had and what an amazing bunch of staff.. So welcoming and friendly. Ive had bad experiences with my hair previously but we got exactly what we asked for and felt so at ease. Honestly couldn't be happier

After recently moving back to Lancashire I needed to find a new hairdresser/hair salon, Donna was recommend to me, apprehensive (as we all know), finding a good, trustworthy salon/hairdresser isn?t easy, especially after the same person doing your hair for the past 8 years? When I moved to rochdale I struggled to find someone who I could trust to thin my super thick hair as well as do a good job on the cut etc...Naz was recommended by a friend and I've always been super happy with everything she has done for me and I'm not an easy customer. They're all really friendly and welcoming and so many of us go back because of the atmosphere there, oh and they do a good cup of coffee too ? thanks Naz and Cindy and all the girls, I always enjoy my visit and come out feeling so good

The girls at the salon are FABULOUS!!! They are very patient with kids even dealing with children that don't like having their hair done. They go out of their way to make your experience good
