Not very helpful my neighbours dogs are being neglected and abused and they don't want to know 2 women came out to see them and they took pictures of the garden and the dogs and went away and didn't come back .I've phoned and reported this and the man is well known to the RSPCA and they wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt what a joke .Theses dogs are not getting feed and they are drinking there own urine but also one of the dogs are pregnant with a shock collar on but thats okay .I give up I tried my best and reported this but its fell on deaf ears .All they are interested in is donations you see it on TV that they are animal lovers this is not the case .

Wonderful place! Can't praise highly enough, I am adopting a cat from there, the staff are the best. What a fantastic job they do. If you want a cat, go there!

We were lucky enough to be able to adopted Arnie and Amber, most beautiful cats, from Rochdale branch. Everything, from initial enquiry to finalising the paperwork,with friendly, yet professional manner, made us feel these animals, in this centre, are in good hands. Center and animals were all very clean, no smell of cats in the cat area. Staff must have spent time with each cat to be able to tell about their history, behaviour and their personalities. All the cats looked content,. Sometimes people that are good with animals are just not that good with a people:- this is definitely not a case in this branch. Highly recommended!

I wanted to find a microchip number for my cat, I couldn't remember the year I picked him up from them, I only had basic details to offer, they looked back through years of records for me and rang me back with the information. I didn't really expect a call back if I'm honest, but within 15 mins I got a call on my mobile. Unbelievably helpful and friendly, I'm really impressed. Definitely a 5 star service. Was on hold to their emergency line for over 20 minutes.. The lady that answered was most displeased I had bothered her and she Didn't take my call seriously about a dog with a known and well documented bite history being around 3 young children. I was concerned about both child and dogs safety.Not impressed with the rspca in the North
