I am sorry to say that the 3 pairs of shoes that were bought for me as a present at Christmas have all fell apart. My hubby bought me 3 different colours of the built up trainer like shoes, White, Black sparkly and Grey. They were £45 each. The soles went on the black just after 10 weeks of only wearing them on different occasions. I washed the White ones to keep them White but the inside soles came out and turned everything pink including my hubby's white addidas T-Shirts. The Grey are now falling apart at the soles. All 3 pairs gone in less than 6 months. ?

Rude and unhelpfull. Politely asked if they could check for my order (already 3 days late) and apparently she wasn't checking delivery's not for at another 30mins. Did I want to go and shop round rochdale for 30mins. ??

The only reason why I am giving this review is the outstanding service from a young man called Jamie, the lifts was not working and I had taken my disabled brother to the store, this man took the time to chat with my brother whilst I went upstairs to choose clothes for him, Jamie was kind polite and caring which really made a difference, an outstanding member of the team and I wish there was more ppl like him.

Manager is awful. Brand new items sent to store to return as too small for my daughter & got told they smelt either or washing stuff or my house so wouldn't return and I'd put tags back on myself. Such an obnoxious woman. I've now returned via postal instead ?

Hell on Earth. I paid a visit to the menswear section and went straight back down the stairs again within about a minute. I don't think I've ever seen such tacky, chavy products in a store in my entire life.

i bought some clothes from there and the receipt printer wasnt working and the staff said they will email me which i havent received. i want to return a jumper but i am unable to return it without a receipt. very disappointed
