I hadn't been in a bank for years and found it a little confusing as it's open plan in the service area with a row of cash points, 3 service points randomly placed and a seating area but no indication of where to go to wait for service when you arrive. Eventually I was approached and asked if I needed help then I sat down after giving my name and waited to be called. All my queries and problems were sorted out by a very pleasant, understanding and sympathetic member of their staff and next time I go into the bank I'll feel much more comfortable.

I really enjoyed banking with them whilst it lasted. Shame they had to withdraw my banking facilities, due to an altercation with one of their staff on live chat. It's funny how that staff member did not get in trouble for the way they treated me, yet I got my banking facilities withdrawn - seems fair NOT! I do NOT recommend them to anyone.

The bank manager and some staff members need training in customer service! I have complained to head office, who were supportive and very understanding. This branch is being very badly managed with very poor customer service . Please forward any concerns to head office they will listen and perhaps reshape this appalling, outdated branch?

They want you to use the machines all the time no customer service. Not the staffs fault but the people who are managing natwest.. we want to deal with humans not machines when we go into branch!

Very poor customer service, inexperienced staff and need to reevaluate their positions. Business is operating during posted business hours and if you can?t even do that you?re doing it wrong.

This branch is going from really bad to even worse. not enough staff, some of the staff that they do have are very unhelpful, always queues. I've been with this bank since 1975, but not much longer, I'm transfering to an alternative bank in the next few weeks. Would not recomend this branch to anyone.

I've used this bank and branch(Business account) for 25 years service has always been Excellent, all the staff the younger or senior have always been very helpful.I don't agree with all the banks polices less staff more machines but that's not the staffs doing.

WORST BANK IN THE TOWN - if I could give no stars I would. Terrible customer service, actually it's non existant. I appreciate the Covid 19 situation is difficult for everyone, but when staff are rude to the point of reducing one old lady to tears, it beggars belief. Oh and then to be told that the manned tills DO NOT take cash when you want to pay it into your account, thought it was supposed to be a bank. maybe I'm wrong. Now changed to another bank and customer service much improved.

Andrew the tall skinny dude a 'supervisor' who looks salty all the time is a real knob head. Has a bad attitude thinks he's some big CEO with his poxy customer service job... Has no customer service so he's cr*p at that aswell. Talks to you like your a mug and like you owe him your money or whatever you are withdrawing. Can't stand his attitude...think it's time for a bank change. They also make you wait ages while just standing there idling around looking at you not even looking into thin air!

Trying to pay money in at the counter was a joke!!! 3 chaps on front line trying to push you to use a machine. Asking me why i wont use the machine. Not very private when you have other members of the public watching my stand off. I wanted to ask the teller a private question about my account.felt very bullied by the tag team on the front line.Seems there job is more about pointing at purple spots on the floor where you can stand,and pushing people to use machines.they told me lady on counter would use the machine. However she did not use the machine as i had a mixture of notes.

After waiting 30 minutes to enter the branch, I was refused entry into my branch for a simple task by staff member HEATH FOXCROFT that would take 2 minutes (all I wanted was a statement), he refused other Pakistanis entry into the building also but allowed the white customers and made friendly small talk with them. According to him, me needing my account details to pay off an upcoming direct debit was not an "essential service", he also directed me to telephone banking despite them being overwhelmed right now and only dealing with overdrafts/mortgages right nowRochdale branch has had a poor reputation for years and this hasn't changed, I will be leaving once I get the switching bonus

Been using Rochdale Natwest for Years, I know most of the floor staff, and they know me, always found them very helpful and polite.

I understand the situation with Covid19. However the dramatic change in the opening hours are massively unjustified. Queuing is now caused by the ridiculous reduction in the banks opening hours. Very disappointed NatWest.
