Been told 1 month waiting time to open an account, the option to do a investment transfer was a cheque deposit. Never come across I would say inflexibility of a banks service. Too much hassle and go else where.

I recently had a problem (of my own making) whilst investing by internal transfer using the Banking App. I requested some assistance by telephoning the Branch but was unable to obtain the guidance needed. I informed the staff member that I would visit the Branch the following day without realising that my mistake was time sensitive. Fortunately an experienced member of staff became aware of my call and took the initiative to telephone me. As a result I immediately visited the Branch and together with the experienced staff member resolved my investment problem. Without her initiative and interest I would have unable to correct my mistake. Thank you Frankie for your excellent service. You are a star and a great asset to the company.

Brilliant local branch, could not have experienced better customer service. Special mention to Louise, who made me feel really at ease and welcome straight away. She dealt with the problem I was encountering so well and she went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Feeling grateful to have such a trustworthy and friendly local branch.

Emily was the most patient, knowledgable, friendly associate and I felt so happy that she helped me and explained so much to me. Also, an ATM inside the lobby. Seems to now be run by a lazy branch manager. I was at the branch at 8:45am ready for it to open at 9am as i needed to transfer a large amount of money for a house deposit. On entering the branch i was greated by the branch manager who asked my why i was there. I expalined why and was told "dont you know you can do it online". I said yes i was aware, and was then looked at in disgust as to why i was in branch. The casher was really helpful but it turns out that he then had to send the request to the branch manager to aprove the transaction (seems she didnt want to do any work). 1) its my choice as a customer if i want to do it online or go out of my way to come into your branch. 2) the brach was dead at that time and by me choosing to come in keeps your branch open and you in a job! How about just accepting thats my choice and being helpful and nice about it.
