Had a pedicure, 2 large toe acrylic nails and shellac. Was 45pound and such a waste of money! Could have done better myself. Best thing was the fact I didn't wait!

Very unprofessional staff, me and my sister waited 2 hours to leave without getting our nails done. The staff let another customer go before us, when they arrived after us. When I addressed this they didn?t even seem bothered, they started looking at each other and giggled.

Tools are never cleaned before another lady uses them, got a serious infection that required antibiotics and almost removal of a nail from that place. Absolutely disgusting hygiene standards although the nails they actually create are beautiful. Needs hygiene authority in there to either be shut down or taught how to clean
