Worst McDonald?s ever, staff ignore you inside, they park every car up in the drive thru and have you waiting 15+ mins for every order dispite it showing as ready to collect, always get my order wrong and food cold.

A typical well run McDonald's. Staff are always polite and helpful. Can't think of many instances where food has been missing from the order, but any issues have always been rectified quickly without fuss

Word of advise?Never order anything from this place to be delivered because it never comes and in the rare occasion that it miraculously does it will be missing everything you?ve ordered and you will never get your money back.

The food was cold as was the hot chocolate. Lots of items ( such as the McFlurry) were not unavailable.They did replace the hot chocolate but it wasn't good. Didn't care either for the cleaning. Wiping tables down with a dirty cloth. Serious rethink is needed for the disabled parking. Once you've eaten in you have to join the drive in lane to get out. If someone let's you out.

I?m absolutely disgusted they forget half the meal I ordered and then tell me to come to the store after I payed 10 quid for delivery?! The pure cheek of that member of staff she ends the phone and me and goes nothing we can do about it I?m appalled by the customer service here the staff are so rude and ignorant, no wonder I didn?t get my food while there all standing around flirting with other members of staff while giving you dirty looks like ur a peice of rubbish on their shoe
