Order on ubereats quite a bit and they always get the order wrong with missing items and Uber always blame them. Always when I go to drive through it?s not a drive through they make you wait in the car park lmaooo

Disgraceful customer service. Very rude staff who gang up. There's a rotten culture of offensive behaviour amongst the staff and I suspect it goes the management too.

I want to give 0 star but there is no 0 star option specially for service. Night staff is sooooo lazy ,they don't want to attend uber drivers at all, so many complaints by customers that wrong order in their mesl bags. Rude to attend. Tonight 23rd of December one young guy with golden hairs had very insulting behaviour with all. mcdonsld managent should have to keep eye at their branches.

Food cold even though it's 5 minutes away. No salad on big mac. Need to learn how to keep customers happy as the reviews I have been reading are very negative. Will not be ordering from sandbrook mcdonalds again.

Ordered McDelivery, there?s always items missing and you have to go through hoops to get a refund. Also, I tried pancakes for the first time and there was no syrup??? They were extremely boring.
