Toilets are too dirty... Toilet door locks are unable to lock... I think nobody cares.. they have to up to date and clean all time .

Horrible experience, order was cold, late and wrong! I waited there for nearly 30mins to receive my order and eventually they prepared wrong items, funny, their ordering screens won't provide receipt ! So they looked at me like I was lying ! What a headache ?

Waited in the restaurant for an hour for food, manager was very rude not just to me but every customer. They looked short staffed but the customer service was horrible. Eye rolling, sighing, ignoring customers food left laid around everywhere no care taken at all. No apology

Hi 22/09/2024 McDonald's Sunday morning working hours are very bad, especially their Chinese manager does not pay attention to both the delivery and the customers inside. Everyone has to wait for a very long time. We give a completely negative score.

Went on the Sunday they took forever as they were busy having a laugh behind the till. The food came, got home amd it wasn't what I asked for. Went again the n3xt day and it tool close to half an hour for my McCrispy meal to arrive. Sho king customer service to be honest.

I ordered a double big mac and half the burger was missing, see photo!! They also got an order wrong for the car in front of mine, that should've tipped me off but you live and learn.
