Want to be discriminated against? Need a pharmacy that refuses to release your medication because a teenage pharmacist has never seen your dosage before? Or how about a pharmacy that magically nominates itself as your go-to, and you only find out when your meds are marked as 'collected' when trying to claim it at your usual nominated pharmacy? Then this is the perfect pharmacy for you!
Jokes aside, I changed my nominated pharmacy, and surprise! a month later, this one re-nominated itself without my consent. They marked my meds as 'collected,' meaning I couldn?t get them anywhere else. Another pharmacy even said this is a common tactic to keep customers. To make things worse, I was out of meds due to this delay in collection and this pharmacy refused to give me mine because the pharmacist ?had never seen a dose this high.? I?m a doctor, and even tried to explain that my dosage was fine due to my age, but no luck.
To make things worse, this pharmacist questioned a dosage that had been professionally prescribed by my GP practice. I?m a doctor, and even tried to explain that the dosage was appropriate for my age?but still, no luck. She even asked what the medication was used for, as if she didn?t know! Why is she questioning a GP-prescribed medication??
Long story short, after running out of meds and waiting for a delayed request to change the brand (due to a skin reaction), I was told my prescription was ready for collection, but on the day of collection, I was unlucky enough to have one pharmacist working who refused to release it, claiming she'd never seen such a high dose and only to be denied by this completely clueless pharmacist (if she's even qualified).
AVOID this place unless you?re curious to see how life goes without your regular medication.

If I could give 0 stars I would this pharmacy used to be excellent but as soon as the normal pharmacist went on maternity leave they don't ever answer the phone I made 50 calls yesterday and 20 call today and they don't answer the phone. I have medication that I could die without and I'm disabled and house bound. This is the 3rd time in 6 weeks and things are getting worse. The chemist is being run by a bunch of unhelpfull staff that are running this business into the ground as everyone I've spoke to has agreed it used to be amazing and now there is not one positive thing I can say. AVOID IF YOU NEED YOUR MEDICATION, TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE OR HELP. feel sorry for the woman on maternity leave as the business has been run into the ground in a matter of weeks

An exceptional pharmacy; excellent staff and a phenomenal aptitude of customer service. Every single time I speak to the pharmacy staff, I am made to feel welcomed, warm and greeted with gratitude. The pharmacy delivery drivers are also fantastic individuals. Occasionally when I am away at work, I communicate through doorbell and request to deliver medicine through letter box or to deliver next door. Never once have I been disappointed with this pharmacy, staff or the drivers. I am very impressed by their organisation. Well done!!

Fantastic pharmacy. It's really turned around this last year and wait times have reduced from around 45 mins to 5 mins for me. Friendly staff too. Really impressed at how this pharmacy has changed.

A visit to the Chemist is such a pleasure now. A change of ownership has certainly introduced a top quality service and such courteous and efficient staff. They offer a service which is speedy and with superb communication. They deliver a service that you would expect and they deliver it with a genuine smile and pleasant manner. My thanks to them and I wish them success in the future.

Wow what a difference!! I used to dread collecting my repeat prescription as normally chaos!!
New owners, very efficient, even sent me a phone message letting me know it was ready to collect.
Picked it up, found it straight away (unheard of previously). Very pleasant lady served me. 10/10 how it should be. ?

This Pharmacy was previously one of the worst in Rochdale in my opinion. Under this new management they have to be one of the best. It?s hard to believe they have made such a significant improvement in such a short time. They truly know what efficiency means. We?ll done

I went in today very impressed with everything, helpful and fast service .Staff all lovely and give good advice it was nice to go in and not wait for a long time,told me about other services they do eg blister packs and home deliveries. Would recommend x thanks again Amanda
