I went there yesterday and I asked the staff one single question, if he could take the label off the laces and he just didn?t say anything and took the sole off and threw it just next to me on the floor. I can accept it if the shop was busy but it was 3 pm and there was just 5 people in the whole shop. Never coming back here again!

Would give zero stars if I could, manager has a horrible attitude, no basic manners or respect. Thinks she can speak to people however she likes. Treats her staff horribly , shouts at them. She needs to go. This ?manager? needs retraining on customer service and needs to learn basic respect, it is unacceptable.

I was served by MELISSA who was so helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to help me pick the right shoes for my husband for work and didn?t rush me either so thank you to Melissa for your kindness and help, 5 stars for you! The lady who served me at the till once I picked the right shoes didn?t give off a friendly vibe, no smile, had a face on like she?s forced to work, so customer service is something they need to work on for the other staff working there and I can see this is mentioned in other people?s reviews for JD Rochdale.

I was served by BRAD today who was so lovely and helpful. I wasn't in for too long but good customer service always leaves an impression no matter how long the interaction is and I certainly think BRAD is an asset to the company.
