Can't even add up the amount each time different total and then even mis hearing order. Contestant repeat. Men arnt fluent in English absolutely awful experience. Also man is so rude on phone... pathetic experience ever... I hate ordering from there. Shame how being rude to customers can ruin it for the place

Inconsistent, can be really nice one week and awful the next. If the food is fresh then it's enjoyable however they reheat the meats and it just tastes dry

Awful food I asked for a chicken tikka on naan and got some rubbish chicken pcs which won?t even grilled which looked like they were tossed in a pan with some slimy sauce and your bakwas Houmas was clearly off as it was watery and smelly do your guys fridges even work ? Do you know you?re supposed to check your fridge temps every day and make a note as clearly your fridges don?t cool properly. I?m disgusted £8 meal went straight in the bin you guys don?t know how to serve food carry on serving rubbish and trading standards and environmental health will soon be on to you. I wouldn?t even feed that rubbish to an animal let alone a human. Avoid this place at all costs. Suprised you haven?t killed anyone off yet with the unedible food you serve.

I dont like to give bad reviews but I dont want others to have a similar experience. Unprofessional staff, especially the young man taking orders on the phone. You know who you are and I strongly recommend you learn customer service attributes. Food was reheated in a microwave and got cold within a few minutes. I appreciate its busy during Ramadhan but you have to get the basics right. Never again!!!!
