So Popped into the Rochdale store today to get some MCT oil, Keto bars, electrolytes and some drinks.
Store was very well stocked across the board, Great variety of stock, Polite and friendly staff who also had fantastic customer service and excellent product knowledge.

I gave a rating of 2 because I had a strange experience today. I went to Home Bargains to do my monthly shopping and saw that Holland & Barrett was nearby. I wanted to buy a product online and thought it would be quicker to check if it was available in-store. I entered the shop with my empty shopping bags, and as I headed towards a section facing the cash register, where all the sellers could see me and what I was doing,I heard one of the saleswomen say to watch out for me. I pretended not to hear her, but not even two seconds later, the same saleswoman stood nearby me, observing my actions. I said nothing and continued to look for what I had come to look for. When I moved, she asked me if I wanted help, but not kindly as I had expected from Holland & Barrett, a brand I have known well throughout the years. I told her no. When I finally found the children's section, I noticed that the same saleswoman was there again, not far from me, still observing my actions. This was not a familiar situation for me, even though I have lived in big cities such as Paris, Geneva, and Oxford in my life. I felt like crying. Unable to find the product I was looking for, and not wanting to appear more suspicious to their eyes, I started looking for a similar product or one that could help me. The saleswoman was still observing me, so I decided to ask questions to prove that I came to buy a product and that I am a customer who has been purchasing from Holland and Barrett since 2014. In the 7 years that I have lived in Manchester and its suburbs, I have never been treated like this, especially in the Manchester shop. I am an educated person with values, a Christian, and a practicing Christian. I have never stolen or even seen a theft. If I was treated this way because of my skin color, I find it shameful that a brand like Holland and Barrett has racist employees. And yes, ladies and gentlemen, I am black, and I believe I was treated this way because of my skin color!

I had a fantastic experience at Holland & Barrett! The quality of their products is outstanding, and what impressed me the most was that their prices are very reasonable. I appreciate the great value they offer, making it a go-to place for all my health and wellness needs. Highly recommended!

Got shouted at! Terrible customer service o ly walked in, both had our masks on. No sign to say how many people in the shop at one time (their was only a group of 3 in) Don't ever speak to a customer that and if you can't do that, don't work in retail.

Great staff always so helpful. Nothing is ever to much trouble for any of them. The manager is a wonderful person and this is the best B&B shop I have ever been to.
