The service at Harvester sir Winston Churchill Rochdale is top notch, The staff are friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. I would like to give a special shout out the the supervisor (Georgia) for making our dining experience truly memorable.

What an amazing experience I had in this place! The food was amazing and the staff were really friendly. You have such a lovely girl working there, I think her name was Rachael and she was just so friendly and pleasant and couldn?t do enough for us! Would definitely return!

Party of 11 no crockery we ate out of takeaway bowls no cutlery we had to ask for it service appalling although the young man serving us was foing his best while the manager sat eating at the bar with 5 other female staff food was mediocre badly displayed allergies no catered for served eith items asked yo be removed due to allergies I have eaten here for over 10 years but this is the worst experience I have ever had we would have been served better in Mcdonald

We recently visited Harvester in Rochdale and had the pleasure of being served by Chantelle. We have to say, the experience exceeded all our expectations, primarily thanks to her outstanding customer service.
From the moment we were seated, Chantelle greeted us with a warm smile and an infectious enthusiasm that immediately set a positive tone for our meal. Throughout our visit, she demonstrated professionalism and an impressive knowledge of the menu, guiding us through our choices with helpful suggestions that catered perfectly to our preferences.
What truly stood out was Chantelle's attentiveness. She checked in on us at just the right intervals without being intrusive, making sure our drinks were filled and that we were satisfied with our meals. Her genuine care for our dining experience made us feel valued as customers, which is something that is often hard to find these days.
Moreover, she handled our special requests with grace, ensuring everything was just as we liked it. It was clear that she took pride in her role and truly enjoyed what she was doing, which made our visit even more enjoyable.
Overall, if you head to Harvester in Rochdale, we highly recommend requesting Chantelle as your waitress. Her exceptional service not only made our dining experience memorable but also left us looking forward to our next visit. We left the restaurant with smiles on our faces, incredibly satisfied, and eager to return.

Food, service and atmosphere was fab.
I had one lady seat us, one lady take the order and a gent for the bill. All were fab. Professional and with a smile.
The food was great. Drinks are expensive.
Personality my only issue was that I had to get up and find an employee to both get another drink and to pay the bill. Which in fairness they had just had a large group come in and were moving around the tables to situate them.
Other than that I enjoyed it

Our waitresses this morning were excellent. They regularly checked on our table to enquire if we needed anything or if our order was ok. Both were very pleasant with a smile.
