I had a fantastic experience at Halfords thanks to Nav! He helped me choose a car polisher and I couldn?t be happier with it ? it works amazingly well and makes such a difference. What stood out even more was ?Nav? (Naveed) himself ? he was really positive, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout. His knowledge and approachable personality made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Great product and even better service ? thank you, Naveed!

This morning?s experience tells me to stay away from this outlet, asking for help was an opportunity for members of staff to have a laugh running me around.. got to the till and was charged well over marked price.. seemed to have an issue with me getting my refund whilst 3 staff stood and stared at me the whole process. Walking away not sure what went on but know they made me feel really uncomfortable. 11:30 am on the 8th of AUG blonde lady ? won?t be coming back to this particular store.
