Honestly, i am severely disappointed with my first experience here and certainly won't be returning! The bouncers here are so so bad that they'll assault you for absolutely nothing... I was thrown out of this establishment earlier on this evening! I was thrown out as I asked a question to a bouncer (bald and about 50 Y/O) as he did not like the question! The pure physical assault that came with this question was more than just unnecessary but physically pushing me for no reason then following that with slapping my phone out of my hand is bizarre! Apparently if you ask a question to Platinum Security guards they feel they have the authority to physically push and assault. I asked him for his name and badge number and he declined to give them. I would like to add that I had not even had a drink tonight (designated driver), Just saying!

Depending on who serves you the prices can differ by as much as £1 a pint, was in there at the chubby brown comedy night my 1st drink of fosters was £3.50, and was charged this because I said I wasn?t a member (never heard of any membership within the premise) got my next drink again a pint of fosters someone else served me this time £2.50, so obviously something going on here. Went in the following week with a mate both drinking the same as above, he?s round £7, my round £5. Went in again recently and tried to charge me £3, at this I questioned why the prices differ, and was told it was the other bartenders mistake and they would be in serious trouble, at this I turned my back and walked out without paying or having a drink. Isn?t there some rule were a price list should be displayed .

Been in here many times over the past 6 years or so, recently the past 3 weeks I?ve been charged different prices for the same pint of fosters. £2.50, £3.00, and £3.50, and also asked at one point if I was a member, I?ve tried to enquire about membership but no one seems to know what I?m talking about

Didnt eat went to see the group with a friend but later on unfortunatly it got to packed out with young ppl some of the dj music was good but the later it got the music wasnt to our liking as a 62 yr old i found i had to leave

The band was great but the clientele leaves a lot to be desired, drunken men jumping up and down on the dance floor banging into everyone, stealing people's drinks off the tables just being very annoying, eventually the bouncers did come over and escorted the main culprit off the premises and things did get slightly better.

It was advertised as Clubland reborn and half of it was pop, also we bought one of our rounds at £44 pound and hardly drank any and it was cleared up so its either a thick as , glass collecter or a scam. Possibly a drink thief but was seven of us with more than seven drinks can?t see it. Disappointed by wrong uns and lies.

?This security guard refused to let us into the club without any valid reason. I was sober and caused no issues, yet I felt discriminated against as an Indian. It seemed like a personal bias and been racist we need not such a security at place which is unacceptable. Disappointing
