“Yes Dr Sharma is really rude and her ego is too big. There are some other GPs here which you should avoid, they dont let you speak and prescribe Paracetamol regardlsss if you have a headache or your limb is falling off. But Dr Roy is one of the best GPs I have come across. I am not registered here myself, but my mum is. Yes the reception is really hard to get through to because they're so busy, but once you do, the reception staff are brilliant. They will try their best to get you an apt, even if it's late. Yasmin and Uma are really good with how they deal with patients, really friendly and empathetic and so understanding. So the five stars is only for the reception staff, sorry.”
