The team at Direct Flooring were very easy to work with. From walking into their shop in norden, to Shaun coming to measure up the team were very efficient. Shaun and the team (fitted by Ben and Preston) completed 3 bedrooms, staircase/landing and a sitting room very quickly. From first contact to fully fitted before Christmas it took two weeks. Amazing turnaround and happy cosy home before Christmas. Shaun is experienced and offered his professional opinion on carpet quality and aesthetics. Very pleased with the final result.

So glad that we went to this company as the service from start to finish was excellent, friendly staff, good advice from Shaun and his staff and five star fitting from a great bunch of lads. Would recommend this company to any one and will be using them again.

Very reasonably priced carpets. Helpful staff. Shaun visited twice once to measure for the quote and the second time to re-measure so the carpet could be cut so as not to damage the new decorations. The fitting of the carpet was excellent, tons better than the one I removed. Would definitely recommend this company as I am one very satisfied customer.

Fantastic service. Shaun goes above and beyond to make sure your flooring is perfectly fitted. Highly recommended his fitter Gav, who is a very knowledgeable and experienced fitter. Over the moon with our herringbone fitted flooring it really finishes off our extension!
